Welcome! I formerly studied at Vancouver Community College and received my Red Seal by the time I was 20 years old. Working in the Baking and Pastry industry for almost 7 years, I realized that what I wanted was to help students learn more about my passion and enjoy it as much as I do. At the age of 22, I started this business, Honey on the Rock, and am now extremely pleased and excited to venture with you as you learn how to bake one lesson at a time.
